By accessing or registering on the Your-UniVerse platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform status

Your-UniVerse is currently in pre-launch. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change. Registration for early access does not constitute a binding commercial agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including design, copy, graphics, and source code, is the proprietary property of Lynxio Tech (Pty) Ltd. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

4. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis during pre-launch. Lynxio Tech (Pty) Ltd makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
